Co-founded by Clara Bich and Marc Vendette in 2022, HPI (Home Per Intellect) is focused on the importance of wonder in immersive experiences. Through its various artistic and entrepreneurial initiatives, HPI embodies the belief that wonder is an essential source of change. With its beneficial effects both emotionally and physically, wonder deeply enriches our lives. By incorporating magical elements into its projects, HPI becomes a catalyst for wonder, whether you are a spectator, participant, or even a creator.

HPI is currently developping a variety television show (Les Espiègles) as well as an immersive theater show (Défilement Morbide). HPI also offers team-building sessions and conferences around the world, aiming to establish itself as promoter of wonder.

Clara Bich

FOUNDER AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Since 2015, Clara Bich has been working between France and Canada. Graduating in dramatic arts, art history, and cinema from her studies in Paris and Montreal, she became a videographer and editor. She is interested in film performance and immersive experiences. Quickly, she collaborated with several Quebec theatrical companies and institutions and participated in the creation of short and feature-length fiction and documentary films. Also a film and theatre critic, speaker, and consultant in communication, marketing, and public relations, Clara launched HPI in 2022, alongside her co-founder Marc Vendette. Together, they focus on the key role of wonder in immersive experiences.

Marc Vendette

FOUNDER AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Marc holds a master’s degree in film studies and five years of PhD studies in television studies from the University of Montreal. He is a film critic, screenwriter, and script consultant and has been working in cinema and theater mediation in Canada since 2011. He has several projects in development for film and television. At HPI with Clara Bich, he creates projects that explore immersiveness, always with the aim of astounding or delighting their participants.

Mathieu Bich

Mathieu Bich, a French magician and consultant, has been globally renowned for his expertise in magic since the 1990s. Awarded at the World Magic Championship in 2006, he caught the attention of international media and collaborated with giants like Nintendo and TENYO. He is one of the eleven members of Theory11, a group that now has over 250,000 members worldwide. He participates in large-scale projects, including the shows of David Copperfield and Dan White. A renowned consultant for David Blaine since 2008, he amazed Penn & Teller on the show Fool Us in 2011. Creator of a television show Défier la magie, he also innovates in “haute” watchmaking alongside Christophe Claret. In 2022, he developed a limited edition deck of cards with David Blaine, which sold out in a few hours. He is now a digital illusions designer and works with major brands and renowned artists. He also offers conferences and team-building sessions for companies.

Stéphane Bourgoin

Stéphane Bourgoin has been a consultant and creator in magic since 1990, working in various artistic fields, from theater to musicals, and including advertising campaigns. He has developed spectacular acts, including a real-time car teleportation illusion for TradeRev in 2018. His collaborations with renowned Quebec institutions include Just for Laughs and Cirque du Soleil. In parallel, he is a magic consultant for cinema and has worked on several television series. Owner of the largest library of magic books in Canada, he continues to perform shows and share his expertise through conferences and workshops.
